Building Your "Campus Brand"

Developing a strong campus presence will enhance your recognition among students. A variety of options are available to you:

• Employer in Residence Program: Each Wednesday an employer in residence will conduct mock interviews and have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with students on topics related to the job search process.
• Participate in Industry and Career Panels focusing on diverse career opportunities available within your industry or organization
• Present workshops/seminars to students on job search topics—interviewing, how to successfully market your skills, what are employers looking for in candidates, etc.
• Connect with student organizations to provide additional opportunities to network with targeted student groups
• Partner with Career Development Center through Corporate Sponsorship
• Sponsorship opportunities through the Richmond Career Fair
