The mission of UCAN is to develop and maintain quality products which enable students to gain experience in their career choices.  Within UCAN several products have been developed including The Internship Exchange which houses approximately 10,000 internship listings.  It is the most comprehensive internship resource on the Internet, and is the 1998 recipient of the NACE Chevron Outstanding Achievement Award for Innovative Programs in the Career Services Field.

Posting internships through UCAN is an effective way to recruit from a candidate pool of high-caliber students.  When you post with UCAN, your internship position reaches thousands of students at all 19 participating universities through the NACElink/Symplicity Network.
