About the CDC

On-Campus Interview Program

The On-Campus Interview Program assists employers with their recruiting needs for internships and post-graduate experiences. The University of Richmond undergraduate students come from three different schools: The School of Arts & Sciences, The E. Claiborne Robins School of Business, and the Jepson School of Leadership Studies. As you begin to think about your employment needs, please keep in mind the importance and value of a liberal arts education. During your visit we hope that you will consider students from all schools and disciplines for employment within your organization.

Interviewing Services Offered

The Career Development Center will work with you to develop a plan to meet your recruiting needs. Below are some of the services we offer:

  • Conduct on-campus interviews for full-time, internship, summer, or part-time positions
  • Information sessions, which serve to increase awareness of your organization
  • Post your job or internship online through Spider Connect,  or click on Quick Links to the right!
  • Career Fairs that allow you opportunities to interact with hundreds of students.
  • Participate in panel discussions and educational programming
  • Participate in Mock Interviews and Résumé Critique days
